We are grateful to Rockland Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence (RCADD) for their partnership and support!
We’re proud to collaborate on a new environmental strategy that brings safe and effective medication disposal to our Office of Mental Health residential programs. The RCADD team recently visited our Lakewood residences to provide Deterra bags, which our staff will use to safely dispose of unused or expired medications on behalf of our residents. This important initiative encourages safe medication practices, and supports our shared commitment to community well-being and protects our environment.
