Special Education Classes
We offer full-day special education classes for students with developmental disabilities. Our classrooms are led by highly qualified special education teachers and supported by related service professionals. Providing individualized instruction based on each child’s IEP, and specialized services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We are proud of our students' progress, with a high percentage transitioning to less restrictive educational settings in kindergarten.
Integrated Class
Our Integrated Class, also known as a Special Class in an Integrated Setting (SCIS), brings together children with and without Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in the same classroom. These inclusive classes are co-taught by both general education and special education staff, creating a supportive environment that fosters peer learning and social-emotional development.
Collaborative teaching teams work together to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met within a general education framework. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate, balancing play-based exploration with structured instruction to engage and support all learners.
Summer Program
Our Six-Week Summer Program extends learning and support for children with 12-month IEPs. It provides continued instruction and therapy in a structured, nurturing setting and supports developmental progress during the summer months. Enrichment activities are thoughtfully integrated throughout the program to support social interaction, language development, and overall school readiness, ensuring that children continue to grow academically, socially, and emotionally during the summer break.
